How do exhibitors' invitation vouchers for visitor tickets work?
Exhibitors can buy voucher codes for visitor tickets in the ILA Store and pass them on to their guests.
The vouchers are only charged to the exhibitor once they are actually redeemed by the invited guests. The order only becomes binding upon redemption.
Please note: a voucher does not reserve any ticket quota. Voucher codes can only be redeemed as long as the ticket type in question is available. If, for example, the public visitor ticket for Saturday is sold out, the corresponding voucher codes for that event day can no longer be redeemed either.

Parking & access
What can I do if I do not have a parking ticket and the car parks are sold out?
No parking tickets are sold to visitors on site. Parking tickets are available exclusively online and subject to availability.
If parking tickets are sold out, please do not travel by car. Use public transport instead.
What do the length categories on the parking tickets mean?
Parking tickets are offered in two sizes:
- for vehicles up to and including 6 metres in length
- for vehicles longer than 6 metres
The category determines the size of the space reserved for you. Please make sure to choose the category that matches your vehicle.
If your vehicle is larger than permitted for the booked category, the space cannot be used. In this case your parking ticket becomes invalid. There is no entitlement to another space. You will need a matching parking ticket, provided one is still available.
Are motorhomes, motorcycles or vehicles with trailers permitted?
What parking options are there for people with reduced mobility?
At ILA 2026, a shuttle service ran from car park P1 directly to the event grounds. It was intended especially for people with reduced mobility, so that the walk of around 15 minutes was not necessary.
Due to the traffic concept, parking tickets cannot be bought on site. A valid parking ticket is therefore required before you arrive in order to access car park P1. It is available via our ticket shop.
Designated spaces for people with disabilities are available on car park P1. A valid disabled parking permit is required to use them. The spaces are located right next to the shuttle area to keep walking distances as short as possible.
Are there charging points for electric vehicles?
How does access work for exhibitors, deliveries and service partners?

Can exhibitors place group orders?
Can names be changed afterwards in a multiple order?

- Open the ticket shop on our website.
- Go to the “Redeem voucher” field.
- Enter the voucher code exactly as stated in the email. In particular, make sure not to add any extra spaces.
