Press Conference Room

The Press Conference Room is allocated free of charge for press-effective events at ILA Berlin 2026. Use it for press briefings, product unveilings or media-first announcements. Send your request to the ILA team — we will get back to you with a slot proposal.

Select Exhibitor if you book on behalf of an ILA 2026 exhibitor. External customers go through a short verification before the booking is confirmed.

Where is your company based?
We tailor the documents we send you to the rules in your region. We will collect the rest of the invoicing details from you afterwards.

Once submitted, the room is held as reserved for 72 hours. The ILA team will confirm the final booking after the required documents have been received.
