BADGES & TICKETS
Registration, ticketing and badge ordering for exhibitors and co-exhibitors at ILA Berlin 2026.
From our Service Manual — As of March 18, 2026
Ticketing & Registration
Exhibitor passes — Included & Additional
Free exhibitor passes are based on stand size: up to 20 sqm = 3 passes; +1 pass for every additional 10 sqm (double-decker spaces excluded). Voucher codes are sent automatically by email.
Additional passes can be booked via the Webshop. After booking, voucher codes are sent by email and can be redeemed in the ticket shop.
Important: every voucher code is charged regardless of whether it is redeemed. Resale is not permitted. Refunds are excluded. Passes are personalised and non-transferable.
Customer invitations
Every corporate exhibitor must ensure that invited guests are properly registered. ILA Berlin provides special voucher codes on request — these are charged only when redeemed and invoiced after the event.
Voucher codes are subject to availability. No reserved allocations. Trade visitor tickets (10, 11 or 12 June) and public tickets (13 or 14 June) are issued on a daily basis.
Submit all voucher requests via the Webshop.
Set-up & dismantling access
Set-up and dismantling passes grant access only during the official hours. No postal dispatch. The free set-up and dismantling passes for stand construction companies can be ordered via the Webshop. Exhibitor passes are also valid during set-up and dismantling.
Online registration is mandatory — there are no registration counters at the entrances. Without a valid pass, no access will be granted.
Main account & co-orderers
The main account holder orders services in the Webshop on their own account and can authorise co-orderers, who receive their own login credentials and can place orders on behalf of the main account.
Companies with multiple independent units require separate main accounts per unit. When placing an order, please enter a purchase order number (PO) for internal reference.
Trade visitor tickets
For ILA Berlin 2026, only day trade visitor tickets are offered. Multi-day trade visitor tickets are no longer available.
Third-party security personnel
Security personnel commissioned by the exhibitor must coordinate with ILA Security Management before starting work. Security passes can be ordered via the Webshop.

Visa information
Current visa regulations are available at: www.auswaertiges-amt.de/en/visa-service
In July 2013, the German Federal Foreign Office issued a directive stating that, as a rule, no letter of invitation from the trade show organiser is required to apply for a visa to visit a trade show in Germany. All visa offices, German embassies and consulates have been informed of this directive. An overview of visa fees is available at www.auma.de/en.
Should an embassy nevertheless insist on a letter of invitation, please contact the official Messe Berlin representations in your country: www.messe-berlin.de/en/company/messe-berlin-worldwide
Anyone who needs a visa to enter Germany should submit their application in good time. Applications are accepted up to three months before the date of entry.

Co-exhibitor registration
During online stand registration, you can specify the number of planned co-exhibitors. However, co-exhibitors can only be registered after the main exhibitor has submitted its stand registration. To do so, click “Edit” under “Booking details” and select “Add co-exhibitor” — then either invite them by email or enter their data directly. The co-exhibitor fee is invoiced to the main exhibitor after the event.
