Important: The on-site team does not accept deliveries. Please make sure that a stand staff member is present. Courier services require a VisiFair booking. Official parcel services (DHL, UPS, GLS, DPD, Hermes etc.) may deliver during set-up without prior notification.

Official Logistics Partner (DSV Fairs & Events)

DSV is the official logistics provider for handling, storage and customs clearance. The shipping manual and handling tariff are available in the Webshop and the Document database.

Customs clearance from non-EU countries

Exhibitors from non-EU countries must ensure timely customs clearance at least 14 days before the start of the show. Required documents: commercial or pro forma invoice, proof of freight costs, packing list, price lists (if applicable) and any further accompanying documents.

Set-up

You can find the official schedule on our Set-up & Dismantling Times page. Please observe the guidelines in the Traffic Guide (below). A vehicle access permit must be ordered in advance.

Delivery, Access & Parking

VisiFair — Vehicle access (set-up & dismantling)

VisiFair is the official access management system for vehicles. It enables the scheduled booking of loading zones and routes transports to the grounds “just in time”. Additional charges apply.

Vehicle access during the show days

During the show days, deliveries are not managed via VisiFair. Access is possible at the LogPoint in the car park with a cash deposit of 200 €. Refund upon leaving the grounds within 1 hour.

VIP vehicle access: For exhibitors only, limited number. Access permits via the Webshop.

Exhibitor car park P2 (West Entrance)

Dedicated car park at the West Entrance. Free of charge during set-up and dismantling (2 to 18 June), except on show days (10 to 14 June), for which a valid parking pass is required. All vehicles must leave P2 by the evening of 9 June 2026.

Chalet owner parking

Each chalet unit includes two parking spaces with access permits. Additional spaces are available in limited numbers via the Webshop.

Static Display Area (SDA)
Due to the intensive and active flight operations during this period, access to the relevant areas is permitted only from 6 June 2026 after prior thorough coordination with the responsible flight operations and security departments.
Loading zone booking
Entry during set-up and dismantling is only possible with a loading zone booking.
Information on access will be provided after the loading zone is booked.

LogPoint
The LogPoint is located at P1, Straße am Torfbusch (GPS: 52.347597, 13.448867)
If no booking has been made or rebooking is required, please contact the LogPoint.
Deposit
The deposit is € 200.00 per vehicle and must be paid in cash. It is forfeited if the vehicle is left standing after the check-out time.

In accordance with the Technical Guidelines of Messe Berlin, the use of cranes and forklifts is reserved for forwarders and companies appointed by Messe Berlin.
Please note that empty container deliveries to the stand can take place no earlier than two hours after the official end of the event.
Notes
Unlawfully parked vehicles or load units (on the exhibition grounds) will be removed at the owner’s expense and risk. Decorative dismantling for Hall A suppliers on 12 June 2026 from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Entry in accordance with the deposit rules for cars, vans and trucks up to 12 m total length.
The exhibitor car park (P2) is available to cars free of charge during set-up and dismantling, and at a charge during the event.
