Apr 16	Stand construction plans for official approval	All exhibitors must submit a construction plan for approval at least six weeks before construction begins.	messetechnik@messe-berlin.de
Apr 16	Defence Park exhibitors — detailed set-up coordination	All Defence Park exhibitors must coordinate their logistics with the ILA Berlin team: submission of a scaled stand plan, details on aircraft or larger exhibits on display (model, dimensions, weight, planned fly-in or delivery) and the proposed set-up and dismantling schedule.	messetechnik@messe-berlin.de
