Late Fees and Order Deadlines
Keep an eye on the late-fee deadlines when planning. Late orders are still possible but are subject to a surcharge.

First Late Fee Deadline
From this date, a 25 percent surcharge applies to all Exhibitor Services.
01 May 2026
Second Late Fee Deadline
From this date, the surcharge increases to 50 percent on all Exhibitor Services.

Mandatory form: Weapons of War disclosure
All main and co-exhibitors are required to complete the "Weapons of War" form in the Webshop, regardless of whether corresponding exhibits will be shown. You will find the form in the Permits section.

The Webshop download area provides all guidelines, technical regulations, and planning documents. Please forward this information to your stand builders and service providers in good time.
